Lead designer for all Lancome developments. Attend design trend and development meeting with Lancome marketing team. Example of works: Designed holiday beauty box, the largest promotion of the year. Created an innovative GWP design: the molded Silicone lip cosmetic bag is inspired by Furla jelly bag. Sourced and communicated directly with silicone factory owner from China to ensure all design technical development direction and cost negotiation. It will be in store summer 2018.
Designed and developed fashionable tote that reflected the trend, pattern, color, fabrication as well as the brand image. Travelled oversea to visit factories during production.
